Jonathan Perry, better known by his stage name, JPerry, is a Haitian musician, singer, songwriter and producer. Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on June 4, 1988, from a young age, JPerry had been exposed to music through his God-father who was part of a band. At the age of six, he was enrolled in his first Classical Piano course. Within the same year, JPerry exceeded the expectations of his music teachers, he read music notes and in no time, performed in spectacles. By the age of 11 years old, he even performed with a Dominican orchestra Group. JPerry played classical music until age 13, at which time he opted to pursue other musical styles. This was merely the beginning of JPerry’s story, a story that would reverberate throughout many parts of the world and bring about collaborations from Disney Movies, Zumba, Dr. Pepper, but especially, a story that would encourage young artists from under developed countries to pursue their dreams.
